What counts as a "delivery"? ▾
Each document you upload (invoice, delivery note, or IFC file) counts as one delivery. The 10/month Free limit resets on the 1st of each month.
Can I cancel anytime? ▾
Yes. Cancel through the Billing page anytime — your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, then you revert to Free.
How does the AI Carbon Advisor work? ▾
CPER sends anonymised project data to Anthropic's Claude model and returns actionable insights — hotspot analysis, reduction recommendations, compliance tips, and quick wins — all cached so repeat views are instant.
Is my data secure? ▾
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. AI calls use anonymised summaries only. Payments are handled by Stripe and we never store card details.
